Kathleen A. Westerhaus, MA, MIM, CPPM With a project management, strategic planning, development and marketing skill set, Kathleen works as to find community-driven solutions that create lasting change. She is inquisitive, futuristic, and strategic. Kathleen has nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as the Sr. Vice President of Development and Marketing, and later Chief Operating Officer, at Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES), an organization that provides behavioral health, economic and education resources to Latino families. She served on the board of directors for NAMI Minnesota, working as the Board Chairperson her last year. Kathleen holds a master’s degree in Spanish literature and linguistics (MA) from Middlebury College in Vermont and a master’s degree in international management (MIM) (aka business administration), a Certificate in Philanthropy, and a Certificate in Professional Project Management (CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Kathleen works with MAPS because she believes in the vision of a United States healthcare system that is person-centered, and focused on holistic health, and hopes that by sharing her story, she can make the vision a reality. |
