This Lunch & Learn session will introduce Project PIVOT (Patients Involved in Developing Outcomes Together).
Developed by Patients for Patient Safety US, in 2024-25 Project PIVOT convened diverse patients, patient groups, quality and safety professionals, researchers, and measurement experts to advance the integration of patient-identified and prioritized patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and patient-reported experiences (PREs) that address patient safety, diagnostic accuracy, and timeliness, and discrimination/bias.
In this session, Project PIVOT Leadership team members Sue Sheridan and Martin Hatlie will describe the Project PIVOT approach, results to date, and where we go from here.
We promote patient safety by encouraging collaboration between participants of Minnesota Health Care.
