Sometimes healthcare can take an unexpected turn. After Ronn navigated a long journey, he decided he wanted to share what he learned with others. He now serves as a patient partner on his local hospital's Orthopedic Quality Committee and as a peer advisor for joint replacement patients. Ronn's story can be accessed here.

Lisa
In 2008, Lisa shared her story for the first time at the MAPS conference. Since 2011, Lisa has served as the first consumer on the MAPS board and joined the staff in the spring of 2017.
