Ryan is a dynamic healthcare leader with a decade of experience in driving safety, quality, and patient experience initiatives. Ryan spent his entire 21 years in clinical nursing practice in emergency medicine. Currently serving as the System Director of Clinical Simulation at HealthPartners.

Ryan is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative simulation technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With a background in managing a level one trauma center's emergency department, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise in transformational leadership, mentorship, and strategic decision-making, along with managing complex healthcare operations.

Ryan holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Certificate in Simulation from Drexel University in Philadelphia. A strong advocate for patient-centered care and quality improvement, Ryan is committed to making a positive impact in healthcare through collaboration and innovation.
