The safety culture roadmap is a detailed implementation plan for fostering a patient safety culture. The work is broken into ever-smaller parts to provide very specific steps to creating a patient safety culture. The roadmap begins with a Getting Started section, which includes best practices around assessment and analysis, plan development, measurement, and education.
