Join the Minnesota Alliance of Patient Safety (MAPS) in acting on this missionApril 16th from 9:00 am-1:00 pm during our 2024virtual Spring Safety Conference. Together we will be inspired by exemplars from across our state who have achieved impact on safety using the power of co-design,establishing trustandfocusing on excellenceacross all settings. Tools and strategies that focus on a new frontierof safety, where everyoneis responsible forcaring safelywill be highlighted.

Increase the level of awareness of work being done within
Minnesota that utilizes the principles of Safety II
Increase networking opportunities between disciplines &
sites of care.
Provide connections between healthcare professionals &

be integrated into your own practice today
